STEP 1: Complete a properly formatted abstract document
Please follow strictly the given ICOPS 2020 Abstract Template
Note: Each abstract should not be more than 350 words.
STEP 2: Generate your PDF file using IEEE PDF eXpress™
NOTE: Your PDF file MUST NOT INCLUDE PAPER ID, PAGE NUMBER, & CONFERENCE NAME
The abstract must be submitted in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF file must pass the compatibility test in the IEEE PDF eXpress™.
Your abstract cannot be included if it fails the compatibility test.
IEEE PDF eXpress™ allows you to convert your Word, LaTeX, or range of other source files into IEEE Xplore™compatible files (preferred option).
You may also use PDF eXpress to check your own PDF files for compatibility
2.1 After creating your abstract using the given ICOPS 2020 Abstract Template, go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website at
http://www.pdf-express.org/
2.2 Click on 'New User' option to create your own IEEE PDF eXpress account.

2.3 Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) for checking. The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
2.4 Proofread the PDF file generated thoroughly. There could be missing symbols, equations, graphs and also errors reported. Please re-prepare the source file and repeat the conversion again. If problem persists, please use the online help provided in the PDF eXpress site.
CAUTION: Until your PDF file is IEEE Xplore-compatible, DO NOT go to Step 3 below. Only IEEE Xplore-compatible abstracts can be published.
If you have more than one abstract, please be sure to submit each abstract separately.
STEP 3: Submit Your Abstract (Source File & PDF File)
3.1 The maximum limit is 2 abstracts per submitting author.
3.2 Please use the ICOPS2020-template when preparing your abstract for submission.
Each abstract should not be more than 350 words.
3.3 Click “My Abstracts” on left menu and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your abstract.
3.4 Read the important notes.
3.5 Enter abstract title and author details.
3.6 Upload the abstract content in both word and pdf format.
3.7 Please ensure that your PDF files are compliant to the PDF eXpress requirements.
3.8 Each abstract will be assigned an Abstract ID. Please quote this when making enquiries.
3.9 By submitting the abstract, you are granting ICOPS2020 permission to disseminate it electronically.
